Toyta/Lexus are updating their puck styles
The latest transmission news from Toyota/Lexus is that they are moving toward puck-style automatic transmission (AT) coolers. There are, as of now, five different pucks in Toyota’s line up. Their reasoning is to improve the temperature control of the transmission and remove the heat exchanger/AT cooler from the radiator creating a thinner radiator profile.
