We are pleased to announce we are now a distributor for BlueReach Automation & Control products.  BlueReach’s E-Zee Shift will be featured on all G-TEC transmission dynos.  The E-Zee Shift allows testing of modern CAN bus-controlled transmissions; as well as having the capability of monitoring 16 different types of data from the transmission being tested (e.g. flow rate, temperature, multiple oil pressures).  The E-Zee Shift offers not only a digital display of the data, the solenoid states, and their actual current but also a printout of the results in an easy-to-read pass/fail report.  The program is compatible with a touch screen interface on a Windows 7 operating system.

In addition to controlling a transmission dyno, the E-Zee Shift can control a valve body machine or shift a transmission that is still in the vehicle - just like a TranX 2000!  The E-Zee Shift features quick-connect technology, direct OBD II data handling, learn function capability, auto and manual modes, individual solenoid controls, and DC, PWM, and current-controlled transmission capability mode.  Displays are state of the art virtual instrumentation in an easy to read dashboard configuration.  All updates are downloadable via internet - no chips to update. The E-Zee Shift is compatible with SuperShifter and TranX cables.

G-TEC will also offer BlueReach’s Sensor Monitor which checks not only transmission sensors but also other sensors throughout the vehicle including ABS, engine, etc.  The Sensor Monitor gives you the ability to test two-wire inductive and three-wire Hall effect sensors as well as the latest two-wire active Hall effect sensors.

The Phaze Drive from BlueReach is a must for anyone who works on CVTs.  One of the main control items in the valve body is the stepper motor and it requires a Quad Q drive system to operate it.  The Phaze Drive uses this Quad Q drive technology to test the stepper motor from vehicles with CVTs, such as the Mini Cooper with its ZF VT1F transmission.
